I take great pride in providing high quality craftsmanship in each piece of jewellery I make.  The piece you purchase has been designed to be cherished for a lifetime, and I want you to have complete peace of mind when wearing it or gifting it to a loved one. Every piece comes with a one-year guarantee and ongoing customer care.

 

Terms & Conditions

This guarantee is made for you—the original purchaser, or the happy recipient if it was a gift. Using it is simple: just share your proof of purchase, like a receipt, order number, or the email address or full name connected to your order, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Your guarantee includes:

Quality Guarantee: Every piece of Rebecca McDermott Jewellery is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase.

Resizing: One complimentary resize is available on all rings within 6 months of delivery.

Ongoing Customer Support: As a Rebecca McDermott Jewellery client, you have access to maintenance and repair services as well as cleaning and polishing. Applicable fees may apply.

Flexible Returns: You may return or exchange your jewellery within 30 days of delivery. (exceptions apply)

 

Exceptions

Earrings & Personalised Jewellery: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Hand stamped & customised pieces are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Normal Wear & Tear: Scratches, chips, cracks, bends, pulled claws, discolouration caused by chemicals or external factors and general signs of wear are not covered under this guarantee.

Broken Chains: Broken chains due to pulls or snags are not covered by this guarantee.

Loss, Theft or Damage: The guarantee does not cover loss, theft, or damage to your jewellery, including stones, chains or earring backs.

Third-Party Repairs: Any repairs or alterations carried out by jewellers other than Rebecca McDermott Jewellery will render this guarantee void.
